Darren is an experienced business consultant and risk management professional with more than 20 years' experience advising on and delivering complex projects for some of the world's largest organisations across financial services and energy. His work has centred on helping large, highly regulated organisations deliver critical change and stay prepared for disruption.
Through Practice Continuity Partners, he now brings that same discipline to independent dental, medical, veterinary and specialist clinic practices, which rarely have a continuity programme of their own. His approach is practical and plain-English: test how the practice would cope with a real outage, identify the gaps, and put in place a simple plan the whole team can actually use.
